Keep your hat on!

Everyone can look beautiful in a Fascinator or Hat

Here are some tips to ensure the best look for you
-Wear a headpiece you like!
-Short hair, goes behind the ear
-Long hair, put your hair up this will show off your neck
-Hair can become part of arranging your head piece
-For most Fascinators or Hats, best tilted to the side and forward to the face
-Make sure your fascinator or hat stays in place, use bobby pins to secure it and/or choose a tip from the list below

Fascinator secured with comb
-To stop your fascinator from slipping, gather a small section of your hair with an elastic band then push the comb into the ‘ponytail’ above the elastic
-Secure with bobby pin if needed

Fascinator secured with elastic
-Put the elastic under your hair and behind your ears
-To stop your head piece from slipping secure the elastic with bobby pins

Hats
-Use a beautiful Hat Pin to secure your Hat
-Secure with bobby pin if needed

Hat secured with comb
-To stop your hat from slipping, gather a small section of your hair with an elastic band then push the comb into the ‘ponytail’ above the elastic

Headband
-To stop your headband from slipping, the rough side of self-adhesive Velcro buttons are a great way to keep your headband in place (cut them to size) and stick on the underside of the headband.
-Secure with bobby pin if needed

How to store
It's best to store your Fascinators and Hats in a Hat Box.
A hat box will protect your headpiece from dust and other hazards and help keep the shape.


Keep dry
-Handmade Flowers, Fascinators, Hats, do not like rain, take a fold up umbrella with you, the weather can change at any time
